I have discovered the best dinner for after a long, cold, mountain bike ride. Toasted grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Oh yum! I know for all of you people out there that actually cook (shudder), making a grilled cheese sandwich is not considered "haute cuisine", but oh my warm cheesy goodness, it's soo fabulous. With just a touch of mustard, it's enough to make me want to ride everyday just to have one. Not that I really need an excuse to ride...but it makes climbing those hills worth it.
Brian and I went for a ride today up Lexington Resevoir. Lots of climbing. I rode my bike.
Brian rode a tractor.
Afterwards we pretended we were roadies, and had coffee. So good.
