spontaneous smileage
I coasted out of work last night on my bike. All day long it had been workworkworkwork, questionquestionquestion, then a whole bunch of running around, and a whole lot of stressing over things I can't control, then suddenly 9pm. Quitting time. I was on my bike, coasting in the parking lot in the dark, and there was my first real smile of the day.
Two days until triathlon, and two days until Muddy Buddy!

Hmmm-July 9th. Hmmm. Possibly. :) I've never done a duathalon before, maybe I should give it a try?
you've done tris so dus will be easy peasy
but just because you do one doesn't mean I'll do a tri:-)
there will also be olympic & sprint tris at the same race...
gives you other options.
as of right now i do plan on doing this du on the 7/9. should be fun.
and i'm in for the next mermaid in sept. as well
