recovery is boring
I raced this morning, and already I'm bored. I should be out riding, enjoying this warm summer evening. Or if not riding, then at least practicing my manuals, or bunny hops. I guess I could just cruise around the neighborhood.
But no. I should be resting. My legs ache.
Sigh.
I wonder if an easy ride at Alum Rock is considered resting?
What do people do with themselves when they aren't riding, or running, or swimming?

Wanna come clean my house?
A ride tonight is fine. I did your Alum Rock ride after doing a crit in the morning (and another one two days earlier). Recovery can begin tomorrow.....or Monday...or Tuesday after your ride at Waterdog.
SLEEP! Remember, that's' one of your favorite things to do. Don't go out of the house just yet, you might run into some library groupies or much worse -- triathletes with non-existent social skills.
I don't even want to clean my own house! I should clean my bike. :P
I need to rest, my hamstring is aching again, and I REALLY want to race cccx. So I'll be a good girl and just let my body recover. It can't all be fun and games, right?
