1) Purchased a large stick of body glide, so I can pull my wetsuit over my ever expanding butt. Sigh.
2) Found a totally cute running tshirt to wear for the bike/run part.
3) Went for a mountain bike ride.
That's it. Next week I'll put some air in the road bike tires. Then I think I'll taper.

There is no swimming as part of the "Lazy Mtbikers Way to Train for Triathlon".
I poached this pic from the internet. From Idaho. We can go if you want. They have potatos there. I like potatos.
I like potatoes too. And wildflowers. Lets ride through the potato/wildflower fields of Idaho!

A t-shirt? You need some of that high tech fiber stuff. T-shirts suck for riding in.
It just so happens to be a high tech, running tshirt with an extremely cute "Life is Good" motto on it. So there. And it's blue. Which is a very *nice* color. Not like green or gold.
And fiber is for breakfast cereal. Or hummus.
Hummus. Yummmmmmmm.
