Ch...ch...ch...Chia!
Chi Running-the art of letting gravity pull you forward when you run. It's all about posture, and bendy ankles. I had my first Chi Running lesson this morning. I learned correct posture, how to let gravity move me forward, and how to keep soft legs. It was a great lesson. I went for a run afterwards and actually noticed a difference between how I usually run and Chi Running. I'm hoping that this will keep me running injury free....for at least an hour or so.
144 days until 1/2 ironman.
