OMG! I don't know when I've had so many body parts aching at one time. It could be a world record. My bellybutton hurts. I didn't even think there was a muscle in your belly button that could hurt. Or perhaps it just feels left out and wants as much attention as my shoulders.
I swam 2000 yrds Friday. A mile. It took me about an hour which I think must be an okay time. At any rate my arms hurt soo bad! Then I ran yesterday. My quads hate me. I'm suppose to bike today. I've never been so thankful for rain in my life! I'm sitting on the sofa and vegging today. I will probably do some yoga and stretch out, but that's it.
This past week was an okay week. I biked three times, ran twice, lifted weights twice, did pilates once, and swam once. I'm suppose to be swimming three to four times a week! And I've yet to go on a long training ride. I was suppose to ride for two hours today. oh please let it keep raining!
So this week I'm heading out for the masters swim club on Monday night. I need some motivation. If I think it's a worthwhile workout I might see about getting my schedule at work changed so I can go both Monday and Wednesday. Also I'm going to add an extra spin class in this week, since I'm not getting out on the bike. I am just going to have to make peace with my bike and get out there and ride. No more excuses!
